Hi, I’m Heidi Sochacki, a postpartum doula serving families who want calm, confident support during the fourth trimester. Motherhood has always been at the center of my heart. As a mom of three girls, I understand the beauty, the adjustment, the exhaustion, and the joy that come with bringing a new baby home. Those experiences are what inspired me to walk alongside other families during one of life’s most transformative seasons.

My approach is rooted in calm, compassionate, and personalized support. I believe every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and never judged as they adjust to life with a new baby. As both a mother of three and a trained postpartum doula, I understand that no two postpartum experiences look the same.

I strive to create a peaceful, supportive environment where parents can rest, recover, ask questions freely, and build confidence in their own instincts. Whether that means newborn care guidance, emotional support, feeding assistance, practical household help, or simply offering reassurance during overwhelming moments, I meet families where they are with warmth and flexibility.
